Stained slab
to showroom.
One day, one crew, one seamless floor. Scroll to watch a salt-pitted Maryland garage get the full system.
Before / after.
Oil stains, salt pitting, a crack across the bay. Drag across to see what one day of The Tidemark does to it.

Pick your floor.
Flake is what most Maryland garages get: it's textured, forgiving and hides salt and tire marks. Tap a blend to see it in the garage, then zoom into the chip.

Breakfast to showroom.
- 7:3001Protect + test
Walls and door taped off, moisture test on the slab, colors confirmed on the chip board.
- 8:0002Diamond grind
Planetary grinder plus HEPA vacuum. Cracks and spalls filled with polyurea, ground flush.
- 11:0003Base + flake
Tinted epoxy base rolled in sections, flake broadcast by hand to full refusal.
- 2:0004Scrape + clear
Loose chips scraped and vacuumed, then a UV-stable polyaspartic clear coat.
- 5:0005Walk on it
Crew gone, garage clean. Walk on it tonight, park in 24–48 hours*.
*Cure times depend on temperature. Most 1–3 car garages are one day; heavy repair or metallic floors can take two.

Garages talk.
“Our garage floor went from oil-stained and pitted to looking like a car showroom in one day. The neighbors keep asking who did it.”
“They ground the floor instead of acid washing it, explained every step, and there was barely any dust in the house.”
“Two winters of road salt and it still wipes clean with a squeegee. The old slab was crumbling by the door.”
“Picked Nightfall from the chip board and it hides everything. The kids' bikes and my truck haven't marked it.”
“Crew showed up at 7:30, walked me through the colors, and I was walking on it that night.”
“Did the basement too. It finally feels like part of the house instead of a concrete cave.”

Good to know.
For most 1–3 car garages, yes. We grind, repair, base, flake and clear coat in a single visit. Heavy repair or metallic floors can take two.
Walk on it that evening. Park on it in 24–48 hours, depending on temperature. Full chemical cure takes about a week.
Both. An epoxy base bonds deep into the ground concrete, and a UV-stable polyaspartic clear on top won't yellow in the sun or lift under hot tires.
No. The coating seals the slab, so winter brine stays on top and squeegees off instead of soaking in and pitting the concrete.
Full-broadcast flake leaves a textured finish. For extra grip we mix an anti-slip additive into the clear coat, included in The Tidemark.
